Flooded Basement in Casper, WY

This particular loss happened overnight. On the upper level, a pipe under the kitchen sink broke, and water ran all night. The ceiling collapsed in the basement and flooded the entire lower level. In this room, we were able to extract the water and place air equipment. We then monitored the progress of drying daily, checking the walls, floor, and contents to make sure everything completely dried. After everything was dry, and the construction was done, we were able to go back and do the carpet reinstall and carpet cleaning in all the affected areas. The customer was very happy with our speedy response and attention to detail.
