Commercial Water Damage in Casper, WY
Sometimes, we encounter wet materials that can be difficult to dry. Building systems that involve multiple layers of materials (such as composite or wood paneling over drywall) normally cannot be dried by simply running air over the surface. With some multi-layer buildups, demolition and disposal may be the most cost effective way to address the wet materials. However, there are advanced drying methods and equipment that can be used to save more expensive build-ups, such as ceramic tile over drywall in a commercial restroom.
In this photo, we are using an injection-drying unit to address the wet drywall. Holes are drilled, and nozzles are attached to the wall in each stud cavity. The injection dryer connects to the nozzles, and pushes warm dry air into the stud cavities. Using this method, we can dry the drywall from behind, sparing the expensive demolition and replacement of the tile wall. Only minimal drywall patching and painting is necessary after the drying is complete.
