Frost Free Break in Casper, WY

The customer had a frost free faucet pipe break. During the freezing temperatures this winter, their pipe had frozen and broke. Because the break occurred forward of the frost free valve, they didn’t know about the break until they started watering their lawn this spring. The loss had affected multiple rooms and material types. Because we got called out to the loss right away and the water source was clean, we were able to do in-place drying. We used a ride-on weighted extraction unit, and extracted the water out of the carpet and pad. We blocked all the furniture and placed drying equipment. We were able to get this home dried quickly.
