Bagging Affected Materials.
When working on a water loss, we bag all the affected materials before disposing of them. By bagging the materials, it keeps dust and debris contained so we do not make a mess while carrying them out of the customer’s house. It’s also critical to bag up building materials on mold jobs, because it keeps spores from spreading throughout the structure. It improves efficiency in getting the debris out of the home, because it is easier to carry out to the trucks. Keeping this waste contained also ensures that when we haul the debris away in our trucks, there are no loose materials that could fly out of the truck, causing unintended litter.
