Pumping Out a Crawl Space in Casper WY
A customer went on vacation and came home to a flooded crawl space and garage. While they were away, the valve disconnected from the water softener. It is unknown how long the water ran. But it was long enough to fill the crawlspace with about 2 feet of water. We used a large submersible pump to remove the majority of the standing water. Once the large amounts of water were gone and the sump pump was no longer needed, we used one of our truck-mounted extractors to remove all remaining puddles in the crawlspace. As a final step in the emergency service process, we placed a Dehumidifier and some air movers to dry up the area and bring the humidity back down to a normal level.
