Commercial Loss in Casper, WY

This is a commercial loss in Casper, WY that was caused by a broken pipe in the ceiling. The water affected many rooms and different types of materials. Because the water ran for so long, the drywall material in the ceiling grew weak, and became a safety concern. To keep the area safe, we removed all the material that could fall and disposed of it. In the areas where the ceiling was still strong, we left the drywall in place and peeled back the paint to aid in drying. Once the drywall has returned to normal moisture levels, it can be patched, re-textured, and painted.
